This privacy policy explains how jaredbender.com and its subdomains handle your information. Short version: this is a personal site and I'm not trying to harvest your data. Here's what's actually going on.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to jaredbender.com and ph.jaredbender.com. It does not cover third-party sites linked from here (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) — those have their own policies.
This site is operated by Jared Bender, a US citizen residing in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines.

This site collects minimal data. Here's a breakdown:
Automatically collected (by your browser & hosting)

What I don't collect
3. Cookies
This site may use basic cookies for analytics (like counting page visits). These are not used to track you across the internet or build a profile on you. If you've got a browser extension that blocks cookies, it'll work fine here.
4. Hosting & third-party services
This site is hosted on GoHighLevel and assets may be served via Hostinger and third-party CDNs. These providers may log standard web traffic data as part of normal hosting operations. Their privacy policies govern that data.
The site also links to:
- YouTube — Google's privacy policy applies
- Facebook / Instagram — Meta's privacy policy applies
- LinkedIn — LinkedIn's privacy policy applies
5. How data is used
Any data collected is used only to:
- Understand how the site is being used (basic analytics)
- Respond to emails or direct messages
- Improve the site experience over time
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
Email correspondence is kept as long as it's relevant. Analytics data (if any) is retained per the hosting provider's standard policies. If you want your data deleted, just ask.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights under laws like GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California). In plain terms: you can ask what I have, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop using it. Just email me and I'll sort it out.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
